Parade Registration Form

Let your imagination run wild.  

The parade will begin at 4:00 PM, but all participants should try to arrive between 3:00 and 3:30 PM in costume, and bring this registration form with you.  The purpose of registration is to give the judges a chance to see the entries and identify participants in costume.

Participants are not required to register to march in the parade, but you will make the judges job easier and help to organize the event.  Prizes may be awarded to registrants and non-registrants.
